Kudos to our Texas April, 2022 Employee of the Month — Adam D., Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The April, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Adam was nominated by Robert L. (Weifield Texas Superintendent) and Miguel S. (Weifield Texas Superintendent), who said the following:
From Robert: “Trust is very important in our professional lives, and you can count on Adam to always do the right thing.”
From Miguel: “Adam has demonstrated to be very engaged to our PACT as a company. I am very proud of him and all the hard work he does at every project. I have worked with him and he has always kept a great relationship to keep our customers satisfied.”
Adam is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
