Congratulations to our Tennessee April, 2022 Employee of the Month — Colton B., Weifield Tennessee Journeyman!
The April, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Colton was nominated by Josh L. (Weifield Tennessee Project Manager) and Brian M. (Weifield Tennessee Foreman), who said the following:
From Josh: “Colton has taken the authority to work directly with the hospital to do work in existing spaces and directly with the general contractor to strengthen our working relationships and have Robins and Morton considering us their best subcontractor on site. Great job Colton!”
From Brian: “Colton has stepped up and taken on responsibilities to help the team be successful, he brings a positive attitude with him every day and drives the team to be focused on their goals they have set. He is an asset to have on our team. Keep up the great work Colton!”
Colton is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
