Kudos to our Texas July, 2021 Employee of the Month — Gabriel Segura, Weifield Texas Estimator!
The July, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Gabriel was nominated by Richard White (Weifield Texas Construction Executive) and Garrett King (Weifield Texas Superintendent), who said the following:
From Richard: “Gabriel’s career path has progressed very well over the last few years, from working in the field to an estimator now. He is dedicated to the company and works well with his peers. I recommend Gabriel for his “Trusting Relationship“ attitude. He comes in early and stays late, always working hard to complete the estimates.”
From Garrett: “I nominate Gabriel Segura. Scott Cochran has rubbed off on him over the past year and it seems he has developed Trusting Relationships with our clients and future clients. He always has his head down and works harder than most guys that I have seen. You know we have to get the work done and maintain trusting relationships in the field, but it all starts at the bid table. He should be recognized for maintaining the ‘T’ in out PACT.”
Gabriel is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
