Kudos to our Texas March, 2022 Employee of the Month — Payson S., Weifield Texas Project Accountant!
The March, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Payson was nominated by Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager) and Stan M. (Weifield Texas Senior Project Manager), who said the following:
From Richard: “Payson is nominated for the employee of the month as he is usually the first person at work early in the morning and works diligently on each project with integrity and consistent follow-up to ensure things get done. He takes care of business!”
From Stan: “Payson represents the “C” in our PACT values by providing hours of his time towards the Community of the Texas Branch Office. Payson gives his time to help teach and mentor the new PMs, the Pes, and anyone who has a question about Weifield processes. It’s because of Payson caring for his work Community that these new employees are up to speed very quickly, and his tasks are still accomplished in a timely manner. Payson is a valuable and vital member of the Texas Branch Community.”
Payson is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
