Congratulations to our Tennessee March, 2022 Employee of the Month — TJ N., Tennessee Service Manager!
The March, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
TJ was nominated by Katherine C. (Tennessee Project Engineer), Kelsey M. (Tennessee Executive Assistant) and Barbara G. (Tennessee AP Supervisor), who said the following:
From Barbara: “I can’t think of anyone more deserving than he is! TJ is the perfect example of the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT. He’s been in the trade for 27 years. He and his wife have 4 children, all grown, and are currently foster parents to a 9 and 11-year old. Foster parents are willing to open their hearts and homes to the children in foster care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Foster parents provide the safety, love, and nurturing that every child deserves, at a time when that child needs them the most!”
TJ is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
