Kudos to our Rocky Mountain March, 2022 Employee of the Month — Dora H., Weifield Project Cost Admin Manager!
The March, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Dora was nominated by several teammates: Mike B. (Senior Project Manager), Josh D. (Project Manager), Jeff H. (Superintendent), Taylor H. (Superintendent) and Trevino T. (Project Manager). We’re highlighting comments from the following:
From Josh: “Community is often thought of as external to the company, but can also be internal, in the community feel of a company. Dora will go out of her way to help anyone anytime. I really appreciate all the help from Dora and her willingness to help with anything. Dora deserves this award every month.”
