Kudos to our Texas May, 2021 Employee of the Month — M’Lissa O’Neil, Weifield Texas Executive Assistant!
The May, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
M’Lissa was nominated by Jill Farrand (Weifield Marketing Director) and Cathy Tarter (Weifield Communications Coordinator), who said the following:
From Jill/Cathy: “M’Lissa has always been a pleasure to work with; she is always ‘corralling the troops,’ organizing charitable events (Bike Build, Central Texas Food Bank serving, etc.), making sure everyone has the information and resources they need, handling all of the planning and administration of the employee events, facilitating donations to charitable organizations, and just generally leading the way with taking care of the community in Texas. She is thorough, works endlessly to accommodate all requests, and always provides information that is needed with expediency. We truly appreciate M’Lissa’s contributions to Weifield’s ‘C’ PACT value!”
