Congratulations to Weifield’s CO/WY May, 2021 Employee of the Month — Chris Babcock, Weifield Journeyman!
The May, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Chris was nominated by Weifield Superintendent, Chris Wedow, who said the following:
From Chris: “Chris has been instrumental in creating not just a crew on our Westminster job but a family — guys that care about each other, help each other, and are always there when needed. I cannot stress enough that this job would not be anywhere near as successful as it is without him. He has really built a small community at our job site, and has helped us build a community atmosphere with the City and General Contractor.”
Chris is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
