Congratulations to our Weifield Texas Austin Community College TI project crew for being named our Weifield Texas Crew of the Quarter for Q2-2021! This project with Rogers O’Brien (GC) is a tenant improvement of light fixtures and finishes for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of Austin Community College’s administration offices.
According to Richard White, Weifield Texas Chief Operations Officer: “This team has approached the job from the start using prefabricated rough-in practices and worked proactively with the General Contractor to track their production while sharing their results. The crew showed the GC how it helped the overall project by working on Saturdays with a pulling crew, allowing the other trades to progress during the week. The GC has been excited about how our team stayed ahead of the schedule; we are now trimming out the lighting control before the ceilings and lights go in.”
