Kudos to our Texas November, 2020 Employee of the Month — Mauricio Gonzalez, Weifield Electrician!
The November, 2020 TX Employee of the Month focused on identifying leaders from the front lines who have led their projects successfully despite the obstacles.
Mauricio was nominated by Weifield Texas Superintendent, Miguel Soto, and Weifield Texas Field Supervisor, Ruben Candelas, who said the following:
From Miguel: “One of Weifield up comers! Mauricio does very good installations and delivers the tasks on time with minimum guidance and supervision. You will always find this man doing the right thing.”
From Ruben: “My nomination for employee of the month would be Mauricio Gonzalez. He has been a big asset since his arrival at ERS. A soft-spoken individual, works well with everyone, never complains, always on time and has a great work ethic. Awesome Electrican!”
Mauricio is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
