Congratulations to our CO/WY November, 2020 Employee of the Month — Maria Dimas, Weifield Apprentice!
This month’s round focused on identifying Weifeld’s ‘leaders from the front lines’ — celebrating an amazing leader who is demonstrating unparalleled leadership and focus during these times of uncertainty.
Maria was nominated by Superintendent, Jeff Holderman, who said the following:
“Maria has been a valued member of my team since joining us at Centennial Medical Plaza. She is very reliable and is at work every day. Every task she is given is handled with very little direction; she has a strong understanding of trouble shooting and hot checking circuits. She works independently or with others and stays busy all day. Her work areas is always clean and her material cart is organized and well kept. She never complains and accepts all tasks with a smile. I am very grateful that she is on this project.”
As the winning employee, Maria is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s internal and online communications.
