Kudos to our Texas October, 2021 Employee of the Month — Marlon Jones, Weifield Texas Foreman!
The October, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Marlon was nominated by Robert Padilla (Weifield Texas Superintendent) and Joe Schmitz (Weifield Texas Project Manager), who said the following:
From Robert: “I would like to recognize Marlon Jones for employee of the Month. He has adjusted to the work area very fast and is a team player in the field with the Weifield crew and the GC. He is an Asset on Living Spaces. Marlon’s attitude and demeanor is off the chart.”
From Joe: “My experience with Marlon has been similar to Robert’s. He meets me onsite with a smile, has a firm grasp on the project status and has good relationship with the GC onsite.”
Marlon is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
