From September, 2016 to March, 2017, Weifield worked to complete three Dry Creek Office/Arrow Electronics projects with our GC partner, The Weitz Company; the project included a seven-story, 192,000 sq. ft. shell office building, an adjacent 160,000 sq. ft. two-level parking garage, a design-build 634,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for the Dry Creek Office/Arrow Electronics headquarters, as well as a new, 8,969 sq. ft., four-megawatt addition for the building’s data center – including two 900kW generators and three redundant UPS systems.
In July, 2018, Weitz evaluated all of its partners on these projects and selected Weifield as one of the top two subcontractors from a safety, quality, schedule, BIM/VDC, contract administration, field personnel, budgeting/estimating and closeout perspective!
