Kudos to our CO/WY August, 2020 Employee of the Month — Micah Gilbert!
This month’s round focused on identifying Weifeld’s ‘leaders from the front lines’ — celebrating an amazing leader who is demonstrating unparalleled leadership and focus during these times of uncertainty.
Micah was nominated by Field Supervisor, James Fraser, who said the following:
“Micah keeps moving on our Service division’s Safeway Stores project, no matter what it takes — which involves LED upgrades at numerous Safeways throughout the region. He has had a lot of new apprentices roll through the stores and has helped in mentoring some of them in ways that most would not. He dedicates time in all kinds of ways, both professionally and personally, to help make everyone better. I always enjoy working with him, and will enjoy working with him in the future.”
As the winning employee, Micah is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s internal and online communications.
