Congratulations to our Weifield Texas Employee Retirement System (ERS) project crew for being named our Weifield Texas Crew of the Quarter for Q3-2020! This project with Ryan Companies (GC) is a $4.3M, 400,000 sq. ft. office building in the Texas Capital Complex located in downtown Austin; the six-story multi-story building replaces an existing one-story building and includes one level of retail, five levels of office space, one level of below-grade parking, and three levels of above-grade parking.
According to Nate Anderson, Weifield Texas Division President: “The ERS crew has done an outstanding job on their project — ensuring outstanding safety performance while keeping the client very happy. In talking with the GJ on site, I was informed that were we’re ahead of all other trades and they had no concerns with how Weifield was performing on site. The team has great morale and has a plan to finish strong.”
