The Blue Federal Credit Union design-assist project in Cheyenne, WY — with Brinkman Construction (GC) — started in the summer of 2019 and consisted of a 76,000 sq. ft. credit union headquarters building with three floors with work space, training areas, fitness and locker rooms, a dining hall, and rooftop amenity space. The building includes a 125kW generator and a 70kW UPS to provide backup power to the critical functions of the credit union; in addition to the main building, there are two separate retail buildings on the same site — one 9,000 sq. ft. building and one 5,000 sq. ft. building, both core/shell.

They worked well with us and were transparent; by driving to keep the project in budget and getting the overhead done early, it saved time and was unique to this project.”
