Weifield was honored to host the Colorado Workforce Development Council in January 2024 for their quarterly meeting – which covered opportunities in aerospace, quantum computing, new apprenticeships, job quality, and other state budget and policy issues. Karla Nugent, Weifield Chief Revenue Officer, serves on this council to represent the business sector in an appointed seat by Governor Polis.
Forty members from the Colorado Workforce Development Council toured member organizations including United Launch Alliance, City of Centennial Public Works, Junior Achievement, and Weifield Group.
