On February 6th, Eddie C. (Weifield Texas Estimator) and Celina C., Weifield Texas HR Generalist) visited SkillPoint Alliance for the first Mentor visit of the year!
SkillPoint is a great partner for our workforce development needs and it was a joy to talk to the students about the electrical trade, culture at Weifield and long-term career opportunities. Eddie was able to share about his experience in the trade moving into Estimating after four years in the field.
We look forward to hiring some more graduates of the pre-apprentice electrical program this year.
