WEIFIELD LAYS GROUNDWORK FOR EMPLOYEE SUCCESS [2019 DBJ FEATURE!]

Weifield CEO, Seth Anderson, was profiled in a June 21, 2019 Denver Business Journal feature as part of his recent 2019 E & Y Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist recognition!

In the article, Seth discusses his entrepreneurial drive formed in his youth, the foundation of his faith and philanthropy that powers his mission, and what drives him in his work.

His advice for other entrepreneurs is simple: “Keep following that dream,” he said.

“My biggest sustaining driver is the development of people, and seeing young guys go through training and get their license as an electrician and come up through the company. I see how it impacts families, and we celebrate their success and growth. Now I’m seeing people with the company for years, whose kids I’ve known are growing up and graduating from high school and college and working here with their dad,” Anderson said. “It’s heartwarming.”
