Kudos to our Tennessee October, 2022 Employee of the Month — Jacob C., Weifield Tennessee Foreman!
The October, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (People) value in our PACT.
Jacob was nominated by Lawrence W. (Weifield Tennessee Project Manager), who said the following:
“Jacob is a guy that checks all the right boxes you hope to have in a Foreman. His knowledge and quality always show in his work! He is always ahead of schedule and drives the project. Jacob is a great example of the leadership and willingness to implement new and advance processes that follow Weifield’s PACT commitments.”
