Weifield was honored to partner with Youth for Christ’s Juvenile Justice Ministry recently to have crew members from two of our projects sign cards of encouragement for incarcerated youth in our area!
Youth for Christ is a worldwide Christian movement working with young people around the globe; their Juvenile Justice Ministry fosters a holistic connection and secure relationship with young people during any point of contact with the juvenile justice system. Weifield team members from our Boulder 63rd Water Treatment plant job site in Boulder, Colorado, and our Convention Center job site in Denver, CO were honored to write handwritten cards to these youth in an effort to lift their spirits.
By signing these cards, we are not only able to provide words of encouragement, but letting the youth members of our community know that they are not alone and supported during their efforts to better their situations. Our crew members were also provided with a brief presentation by Youth for Christ’s Juvenile Justice Ministry to grab some breakfast and sign the cards.
We were honored to participate in this uplifting activity in support of area youth looking to better their lives!
