On Thursday, February 23rd, WGCTX hosted a table for Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA)’s annual Knockout Nite. Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager) and Zachary C. (Weifield Texas Business Development Manager) were honored to have an industrial Broker from ECR Development, the principal and electrical designer from Infinity MEP&S, property manager from Cushman & Wakefield, and architects from Sixthriver Architecture. Further in attendance were multiple GC’s that we partner with, commercial lenders, architects, and engineers alike. We spoke with more clients in one night than we could’ve in an entire month!
We learned of several new projects, made connections and introductions between our guest and clients for future project pursuits, met with new potential clients and reliable resources, and most importantly, the industry attendees as a whole, saw our table full of diverse, must talk-to individuals furthering our goal of connecting upstream partners to our GC’s.
Although this specific event did not directly contribute to a charity but instead funds the organization’s operation costs and future charitable outreaches, we made this most of this networking event and hope to attend again next year.
Thank you for your support in allowing us to plan, attend, and entertain our trusted clients. It was a fantastic, worthwhile event – a great time was had by all and a chance to ‘dress to the T!’
