A big kudos to our Texas October, 2019 Employee of the Month — Jorge Hernandez!
Jorge was chosen by Weifield Texas President, Nate Anderson, and his field supervisor, Daniel Eden, who said the following about him:
Jorge goes above and beyond everyday. He shows up early every morning and gets the paperwork going for the day– which we never asked him to do it on his own time. He knows what needs to be done and gets after it. During lunch, he is working on his computer practicing layout on Bluebeam or getting more familiar with the drawings. He answers questions, works through lunch and breaks — whatever it takes. There are not too many people now a days with his kind of work ethic and willingness to learn the computer side of things. Kudos to him!
