At the 2019 AGC ACE Awards event in early November, Weifield was honored to receive an ACE Award for our Verizon NEC2A Data Center Project!
Over 700 contractors and industry leaders attended the Associated General Contractors of Colorado Industry Gala and ACE Awards banquet at the Hyatt Regency Colorado Convention Center on November 1st. The AGC Colorado Industry Gala and ACE Awards is the state’s biggest commercial building construction event of the year. It brings together general contractors, subcontractors, architects, owners, professional firms support the industry, key leaders and staff from related associations, legislators and other industry supporters for a night of networking, recognition and celebration.
72 project entries were submitted by AGC Colorado member companies. Projects demonstrated the creativity, skill and excellence of Colorado’s builders, architects, engineers and specialty contractors. Winners were recognized with three award levels, include ACE (first place), Silver and Bronze.
The event’s keynote speaker was Denver broadcaster, Gregg Moss; other speakers included Michael Gifford, AGC Colorado President, and Kurt Klanderud, GH Phipps Construction President.
