Robert was chosen by Weifield Texas COO, Richard White, and his field supervisor, Garrett White.
From Richard: Robert Larson is who I nominate for Employee of the Month. He always goes that extra mile doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Integrity is one of his best attributes.
From Garrett: Robert is the hardest working employee that I know. Whatever task he takes on, no matter the time frame, he always does the job correctly, efficiently, and never cuts corners. He is the true definition of a craftsman. I believe that Robert’s biggest attribute would be the immense amount of integrity that he has.
