On April 13th, 2017, Weifield was honored to participate in IECRM’s 11th Annual Summit Awards, the annual gala celebrating the top energy construction projects produced by Rocky Mountain companies over the past year! This year’s event had record attendance by IECRM members (over 200), and Weifield was honored to be recognized as the winner of multiple IECRM Summit Awards, including:

Highest Peak Award Winner for Weifield’s Dry Creek Office Project, Celebrating “Best in Show”

Award Winner for Two Commercial Projects of the Year:
– $3M or Greater Category: Dry Creek Office Project
– $500,001-$1.5M Category: Cherry Creek Shopping Center Parking Improvements Project

Award Winner for Industrial Project of the Year:
– $500,001-$1.5M Category: City of Westminster Pump Stations Improvements Project

Weifield Service Manager, Sam Gluck, was awarded the 2017 IECRM Alumni of the Year Award

Additionally, our nominated General Contractor partner, GH Phipps, was also awarded the 2017 IECRM General Contractor of the Year award; accepting on the company’s behalf was GH Phipps President, Kurt Klanderud.

For over 30 years, the Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) has been the leading electrical and renewable energy contractor association in Colorado. Representing over 200 member companies responsible for $2B annually, and educating over 1,000 electrical apprentices and licensed electricians annually, IECRM is dedicated to educating, promoting, and advancing the electrical industry. Pete Farreny, Weifield COO, is the current IECRM president.
