WEIFIELD WINS AT IEC NATIONAL AWARDS! We are happy to report that recently, Weifield was honored by the national Independent Electrical Contractors organization with IEC National Award wins in three categories! These 2016 winners were announced at IEC Con 16, held October 26-29, in San Antonio, TX.
First off, our local IEC-Rocky Mountain chapter (with our COO Pete Farreny as president) was recognized as one of the 2016 IEC National Chapters of the Year! Weifield also won two 2016 IEC National “Excellence in Electrical Construction” awards — one in the Commercial category for our Pepsi Center Lighting Upgrades project, and the other in the Industrial category for our efforts on the City of Longmont Waste Water Treatment Plant Gravity Thickener & Gas Digester project.
Handed out every year at the Amped Up Luncheon and the Awards Gala at the IEC National Convention, IEC National Award winners represent those members and chapters who have made great strides within the electrical industry and the association. We are honored to be recognized!
