Congratulations to Weifield’s August, 2019 Employee of the Month — Andrea Quaint!
This month’s nomination round sought to identify those Weifield employees who show initiative on a regular basis. Andrea (or ‘Dre,’ as she is known) was nominated by Weifield’s Jeff Holderman, Jim Heckman, Mark Haselhorst, and Brian Miller — as well as Andrew Bleichrodt of GC partner, Swinerton Builders, who said the following:
From Jeff: “She takes on all tasks and is eager to learn and try new things. Her coworkers are never disappointed when she comes to help because they know she will do what it takes to make everyone’s job easier.”
From Jim: “Andrea embodies a balance of self-made independence and humble achiever.”
From Brian: “Dre has a positive, confident, and genuine attitude that is infectious to anyone that works alongside of her.”
From Mark: “Her work ethic makes her stand out among her peers and WGC is lucky to have her as an employee.”
From Andrew: “Dre was always there, getting the job done, and I never heard her complain.”
