Congratulations to our Lennar Multifamily Communities (21st & Welton) project team for being named our May, 2018 Crew of the Month!
This design-assist project with The Weitz Company (General Contractor), led by Troy and Dustin Tafoya (Project Manager) — and estimated by Connor Bonnicksen — is a 19-story, 486,470 sq. ft. multifamily building with one level of retail and an integrated four-story parking garage.
Anna Goodrich, Lennar Project Manager, had numerous complimentary things to say recently about Weifield’s performance on this project – specifically praising Weifield’s attention to detail and flexibility, our well-organized prefabrication process and efficiencies (18,494 prefabricated assemblies to date on this project!) — and our solution-oriented Preconstruction team.

As recognition for their superior performance, each Weifield Crew of the Month team member receives a new pair of work boots from the Red Wings truck — that comes directly to their job site, pre-stocked with a wide variety of boots!
