PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is a first generation full floor office buildout with modern finishes. This is the third location that BOA deems to be the “showpiece” for their brand. The project includes adding an extensive UPS network system of 125kw units with 50 hours of battery backup capacity. New state-of-the-art furniture systems and controls will be implanted with the highest degree of technology infrastructure.
