PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project new building/TI to suit for Google operations — their second location within two years, in Boulder. The project includes four floors (125,000 sq. ft.) of new state-of-the-art office space with a high-end lighting scheme. The scope encompasses a new 40kW photovoltaic system on the roof to offset some of the building’s electricity usage. The project is located right across the street from the Walnut facility being built currently by Weifield Group.
