PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is a build-out of a 140,000 sq. ft. courthouse for the City of Austin. Harvey Cleary Builders (GC) is currently working on building the second story mezzanine inside the existing building for public viewing of court proceedings. Weifield recently completed the demolition portion of this project and has been awarded to complete the revnovation which will include new lighting and controls throughout the facility, with new power and one-line additions for more capacity.
