DESCRIPTION: The project is a proposed addition for the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Company who is currently housed
in the historic Shorter AME Church located at the intersection of Park Avenue and Washington Street in
the 5 Points Neighborhood of Denver Colorado.
The proposed addition consists of approximately 23,000 square feet that includes a 240-seat dance theater, expanded dance studios, new exercise areas and offices for the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Company. Also included in the new facility will be a new reception area, café, locker rooms and support spaces.
