DESCRIPTION: This project will be split into multiple phases which will include a renovation of the existing Clark Building A and a new 120,000 sq. ft. Building B addition in the location of the existing Building B connector building. The renovation work in the existing Building A Lower Level will include make-safe/demolition for the existing Building B and balance of renovation work in the existing Building A.
