The Country Club Towers II & III project consists of 495 luxury residential for-rent apartment units, three levels of below grade parking, four levels of above grade parking, a large amenity deck, and associated common space for leasing offices and resident amenities. The residential high-rise component consists of two 30-story towers. The residential and interior common spaces total approximately 623,000 sq. ft. of heated space. This design-build project consists of just over one million gross square feet.
