PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes the installation of a new Interactive Distributed Generation System (iDG) for standby and electrical load management in Golden Aluminum’s facility. The iDG system includes electronic generator controllers to enable long-term paralleling with the local utility for load management purposes, installation of 1800kw natural gas generator system, 15kv medium voltage electrical lines, and NexGear 1200A 15kv switchgear.
