PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is a relocation of structural and architectural plants to a new, single site housing 150 employees. The production building includes a maintenance garage, boiler room, supervisor offices, steel shop, mold shop, and an enclosed casting bay, as well as a branch plant that serves the entire plant, water treatment where all waste is processed on site, parking, a QC lab, and an office building that includes a cafeteria, kitchen, locker rooms, conference rooms, and an open office plan.
