PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is an exterior and lobby renovation for an office building located in the rapidly-transforming area along Airport Boulevard in Austin, Texas. The renovation is intended to revitalize the existing building and convert it into a new tech-centric office with brand-new box lobby facing ACC Highland Campus to welcome visitors, high-ceilng offices and floor-to-ceiling windows to bring natural light into the space.
