PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This new design-assist core & shell office building project spans 168,867 sq. ft. and includes a parking garage in the downtown Austin neighborhood. This building will be the new home for the Texas Bankers Association (TBA) and the headquarters for financial transactions in the Texas market. The project will include a tenant improvement phase for TBA administration staff, a buildout comprised of approximately 45,000 sq. ft.
