This design-assist project includes furnishing and installing complete mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) and electrical systems required for the new TIC corporate training facility in Aurora, Colorado. The project included approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of single-story conventional construction of an administration building and 25,000 sq. ft. of pre-engineered metal buildings. The project was developed on approximately 11 acres of TIC/Kiewit’s 59-acre site.
