PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This design-build core & shell project to expand the steam and chilled water generation capacity at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Central Utility Plant (CUP). This is being done by installing a new boiler in place of (1) one existing boiler, expand the CUPs chilled water capacity by installing a new chiller, and upgrade the CUPs electrical, security and structural systems to support the new equipment.
