PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This design-build project is a 320,000 sq. ft., 14-story standalone core/shell office building; construction also includes a six-story standalone parking garage that will consist of over 600 spaces. The office building will be the epicenter of international economic activity in Denver and will include a headquarters for established enterprises, training and resource facilities for cutting-edge growth companies, and incubator space for entrepreneurs.
