As the Weifield Tennessee General Manager, CJ implements the overall strategy of the company, His responsibilities include managing staff, establishing policies/procedures, ensuring the right resources are employed and ensuring key metrics are used to ensure project success. CJ has over a decade of experience in the electrical industry and has been fortunate to work in a diverse mix of vertical markets in the construction industry during his career, including higher education, office buildings, hotels, airports, medical, data centers, retail/mixed use and industrial — comprising tens of millions of dollars in built projects.

CJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Management from Seminole State College of Florida and is also OHSA-certified.
