As Weifield’s Texas Chief Operations Officer, Richard works with the estimating department, pre-construction, project managers and field supervisors to ensure processes are in place to continuously improve our efficiency in the marketplace. Richard has extensive experience in the electrical business in all verticals including: large Data Centers, Medical Facilities, Governmental Projects, to large commercial buildings.

Richard has over 40 years experience in the electrical industry and holds a Masters Electricians License in the State of Texas and a Texas Contractors License. He is OSHA-30 certified and holds a certification in 15KV terminations. He has experience with LEAN and LEED Projects.
