As the Weifield Texas General Manager, Richard implements the overall strategy of the company. His responsibilities include managing staff, establishing policies/procedures, ensuring the right resources are employed and ensuring key metrics are used to ensure project success. Richard has extensive experience working within all industry verticals including: data centers, medical facilities, government projects, largescale manufacturing/distribution center, and large commercial buildings.

Richard has over 40 years’ experience in the electrical industry and holds a Masters Electricians License in the State of Texas as well as a Texas Contractors License. He is OSHA 30-certified and holds a certification in 15KV terminations; he also has substantial experience with LEAN and LEED Projects.
