Kudos to our Texas December, 2022 Employee of the Month — Cody J., Weifield Texas Service Technician!
The December, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Cody was nominated by Garrett K. (Weifield Texas General Superintendent), who said the following:
“Cody was hired as a Service Tech for the Temple/Killeen area and is the first in this area for Weifield. His passion, drive, and attitude is very refreshing and inspiring. He has created already two months of solid work less than three weeks of being hired. I gave him a few places to start, and he has taken ownership of keeping our clients happy. He best represents our Trusting Relationships in our company PACT. Cody has a goal to be the Service Manager for Weifield Temple/Killeen. I see him growing the Service Department extremely fast given he is driven every day to outperform his competitors.”
Cody is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
