As one of the final phases of the Denver Water campus project, the Denver Water Administration Building project began in August, 2018, with Mortenson Construction (General Contractor) and is led by Weifield’s Chad Edens (Superintendent), CJ Wheeler (Project Manager), and Daniel Standke (Estimator). It includes new construction of a 200,000 sq. ft., LEED Silver administration building on the existing Denver Water campus to replace the older building and includes raised floors with radiant heating, extensive lighting control, and large campus parking lots. The project is part of the overall $13M Denver Water Campus & Infrastructure project Weifield has been performing in phases with Mortenson Construction since February 2016.
Weifield’s Crews of the Month are selected via numerous criteria including safety, quality of work, schedule, teamwork, attendance, meeting financial targets, and formal client feedback/praise. Denver Water’s crew members include: (left to right) Rudy Hernandez, Jason Ehler, Mark O’Dorisio, Heath McGuire, Corey Divas, Dylan Davey, Peter Barragree, Corey Edens, Scott Waters, Nathan Alfonso, and Tyler Sack, (not pictured are Mark Grady and Chad Edens).
Kudos to our amazing Denver Water Admin team for your excellence and this well-deserved recognition!
