We are excited to profile some of the highly competent and committed women in our ranks, this week – next up is Glori Thompson, Weifield HR Generalist!

I began my HR career in a food manufacturing organization on the east coast. I really enjoyed the fast paced/never the same day to day activities, and wanted something similar when I moved to Colorado. I found the position with Weifield on Craigslist and never looked back.
My favorite aspects of construction are the fast paced environment, and having a wonderful down to earth team focused on a common goal. I want to thank Lauren Worth, the HR Director at Weifield, for all of her support, guidance, and her ear in my times of frustrations. The people are the best part of Weifield! I can go to any person in any department and know they will try to support and provide knowledge with whatever issue comes up.
My aspiration for the future is to get the word out that this is an industry for all.
