“THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS I ENJOY ABOUT THE INDUSTRY” ~ M’LISSA O’NEIL, WEIFIELD TEXAS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

My work history started with spending many years in the dental field and later going back to school to obtain my Esthetician & Laser license. Once I realized that both fields did not have potential for growth within the company, I wanted a change. I spent five years with a construction company that closed their doors in Austin, TX and lead me back to the dental world. Thankfully, Garrett White contacted me to let me know that Weifield was seeking an Office Manager after the transition took place with IDI. I started my career with Weifield in February, 2019 as an Office Manager and have since transitioned to Executive Assistant for Nate Anderson, president of Weifield Group Texas.

There are so many things I enjoy about the industry and the laid back family atmosphere we all have as a team. I can’t express how much I enjoy seeing people grow and the excitement they get with Weifield acknowledging when they stand out for doing a great job.

There are numerous people I am thankful for. I would like to thank Garrett White for reaching out which gave me the opportunity to join a great team. I am thankful to have Nate Anderson as the leader of our team. He is always willing to listen, provide guidance, cares about the strength of relationships in our team (office and field) and work through issues. I can’t thank the admin team in Colorado enough. They have been beyond willing to provide assistance on any questions or concerns within a matter of seconds. All of them have welcomed me from day 1 and made me feel comfortable to reach out. Sage Johnson is my “go to” for the most part.  I would like to thank her for her mentorship, support, and guidance!

The most I enjoy about Weifield is the culture, the relationships with employees that feel like family, the owners who put a great amount of time focusing on the business as a whole to make sure we are on the right path and don’t get off track, and the celebrations of rewarding employees to let them know they are making a difference and doing good.

My goal for the future is to grow with Weifield and call it home. I am astonished with the growth in the past year and excited for the future. I am thankful to be where I am and enjoy being part of a great team and work for an amazing company.
