Congratulations to Weifield’s CO/WY June, 2021 Employee of the Month — Kyle Callies, Weifield Journeyman!
The June, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Chris was nominated by Weifield Foreman, Evan Trahan, who said the following:
From Evan: “Kyle is an instrumental teammate and leader on our project. He sets the tone for the day with the people that he works around, and can always be counted on to have a good attitude. When the inevitable “hard task” comes up, Kyle attacks it without complaint. Kyle’s work ethic and attention to detail is exactly what we desire in our leadership, and is what we point our apprentices to of what is expected from them. Kyle is a home grown product and great example of what can be achieved with Weifield in the workplace and also on a personal level.”
Kyle is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
