A big kudos to our Texas November, 2019 Employee of the Month — Gerzain Mendoza!
Gerzain (Electrician) was chosen by his Weifield Texas Field Supervisor on the Briggs and Veselka project, Matt McWethy, who said the following:
“I am pleased to nominate Gerzain Mendoza for Employee of the Month. He is dependable, efficient, and unfailingly punctual — attributes that were very much necessary to handle the fast-paced, tight schedule we were dealing with, this month. He is constantly exceeding the requirements and expectations I set forth every morning. He is always able to identify the next step in the process and move on to it, without being instructed. This leadership attribute is well-known by his fellow coworkers and keeps them motivated to achieve higher goals — which greatly increases efficiency and craftsmanship. I hope you will agree that Gerzain is the most deserving candidate for this award.”
